2005 EME

In 2004 I decided to tackle EME but due to time constraints, I was not able to get anywhere near completion with my array design. The goal was to have 4 16ele K1FO crossed yagis and be able to switch polarity for either/both transmit and receive. I have the basic array up with Horiz polarity only and I have to finish the program for the tracking computer. For those interested, click here for my 2004 single yagi setup.

Al Bardwell - NS1O and I finished the first weekend of the EME contest with disaster - only 2 contacts before things slid downhill. Now have the necessary repairs to the xmit coax and more than doubled our EME contacts to date.(click on the images for a larger size photo.
