Here is the Primestar feed and arm as I received it. This one is for NS1O. You can click on any of the images for an enlargement.

Here I've removed the extraenous stuff and disassembled the feedhorn. You will notice the completed feedhorn in the photo. When you disassemble the unit, be careful not to break the feedhorn cover as it can be used to help protect the finished horn. You will be keeping the two ring halves along with their bolts and the o-ring for use with the new horn. You can discard the LNB or take it apart and use some of the pieces parts for what-ever.

As I get the time and inspiration, I'll complete the documentation on this project. As you can see, there is the section of how to get from the raw feedhorn to the finished one. If you have any questions, you can email me (my callsign at my callsign.com).

Here are three shots of the completed feedhorn. You will note, I did not bore this horn to the WC-80 size yet. As I am building a second one which will be bored out, I will have a chance to compare the two to see if boring it out helps.
